CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 100% service charge. Same-day reschedules are subject to deposit being forfeited and 100% service charge. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the service when proper notice is given. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings. Please be mindful of constant rescheduling per month. Please be mindful of your appointment time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show. In that event, the deposit will be forfeited and the remaining balance of the scheduled service may be charged to the card on file. This policy helps ensure I can stay on schedule for all clients.
