CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 100% service charge. Same-day reschedules are subject to deposit being forfeited, if no deposit is on file you’ll be charged 50% of the appointment. One courtesy deposit transfer will be allowed once per appointment. Once you complete your reschedule appointment, your courtesy reschedule will reset. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the service when proper notice is given. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
